Bloom Art Show

California United States

I am absolutely obsessed with all of the pop-up art and museum events taking place in Los Angeles. There is nothing I love more than to meet up with my friends, dress cute and take a gazillion photos together. Bloom was the latest pop-up event to hit Los Angeles. What makes Bloom different? It is the first pop-up event I have attended outside! Usually, they take place in a warehouse or large studio space. It was so refreshing to still be able to enjoy a day outside while having fun with cute backdrops.

Bloom took place over 3 days in Griffith Park. I already love this park so it was fun to enjoy an event there. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff with huge smiles on their faces. You could tell everyone working at Bloom was just as excited as the attendees! Once inside the grounds, I didn’t know where to look first. Belly Dancers were performing center stage to intoxicating music. There were lots of vendors selling and sampling various items such as honey, flower crowns, face painting and other artistic items.

My friends and I immediately got started on taking photos. We visited each instillation and took our time. The staff was super cool about offering to help or take photos of you and your group. There were not too many people at the event during one time so there were minimal lines for each photo op. This was the first pop-up event that I didn’t feel rushed at. No one was monitoring how long you were spending at each instillation. Each attendee was simply respectful of each other and to me, that was the essence of Bloom. This was absolutely my favorite pop-up event so far and it is because of the good vibes presented at Bloom. The founder of Bloom spoke during the event about how grateful and happy she was that everyone was attending. I feel so lucky to have gotten to experience Bloom, as it was one weekend only and it was SO magical! Bloom, please come back to LA soon!
