My Many Visits to Paris

Europe France

In 2016, I had the chance to visit Paris 3 times. I saw Paris in spring, summer and autumn. I am Swiss and French with Italian origins. As a French woman, I can say that Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Paris is also one hour away by plane from Geneva, with Air France plane. It is a pleasure to eat a “pain au chocolat” and drink a tea on the plane with the sunrise above Leman Lake, Mont-Blanc, Swiss, French and Italian Alps as window view.

It is best to land early in the morning, just flying above The City of Lights as it starts to wake up. Before you land, the window view offers a magical panorama with Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Montparnasse Tower in the forefront, as if everything was perfectly aligned in the capital city. If you have the opportunity to visit The City of Love, I highly advise you set aside a lot of time in the city. The city is big and has so much fun stuff to offer. I think the photos will speak for themselves but take a look at the captions for locations and tips!

You should definitely have a Bohemian homemade brunch in Le Loir dans la Théière in Le Marais and feel like Alice in Wonderland
Go inside Opéra Garnier to admire the incredible painting of Chagall and to observe the scene where “Les Petits rats.” You will feel like Galerie des Glaces of Versailles Castle but in the Grand Foyer
